Kickstart your child’s summer with an action-packed camp filled with martial arts, wellness activities, and exciting games! Open to Youth ages 8 and up (younger participants accepted upon approval), this camp is perfect for both members and non-members—no prior experience required.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your child will enjoy a mix of physical, mental, and creative activities designed to keep them engaged and excited every day:

  • Martial Arts: Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, and Self-Defense

  • Wellness: Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Healing

  • Team Activities: Obstacle courses, team-building exercises, and games

  • Creative Fun: Crafts and interactive challenges
