Head Coach Gino Francisco met Brazilian jiu jitsu legend Eddie Bravo in 2009 while living in Los Angeles, California. At the time, the 10th Planet HQ shared space with the Legends MMA fight team, where Gino was training Muay Thai under American Muay Thai legend Chris Reilly. Intrigued by Eddie’s innovative no-gi jiu jitsu style, Gino began training under Eddie, learning the 10th Planet system and eventually competing in MMA, Muay Thai, and jiu jitsu.

After five years of training in Los Angeles, Gino returned to the Bay Area. Since then, he has shared his expertise in Muay Thai and the 10th Planet system with students across Northern California. Driven by his passion for martial arts, Gino opened the 10th Planet Daly City location in his hometown, continuing to inspire and train the next generation of martial artists.
