DRESS CODE
Q: What is the pricing for training?​
We have several pricing options available for our clients. Payments can be made per class, monthly, or yearly. Memberships have contract and no-contract options. Pricing is subject to change depending on class availability and class capacity. Q: What do I wear for Jiu Jitsu classes?
A: Due to close contact during jiu jitsu training, dress code is strictly enforced. Wear comfortable clothing that covers as much skin as possible. Remember, you will be in close contact with your training partners. A clothing barrier is recommended. Offensive odors and inappropriate attire will be asked to change. Bring water and a change of clothes!
Acceptable Tops
Short or long sleeve rashguards, or fitted/compression shirt​​s
Acceptable Bottoms
Athletic, MMA, or jiu jitsu shorts (try to avoid pockets), gi pants, or leggings
Protective Wear
Mouthpiece (required for sparring), groin protector (optional for males), wrestling headgear (optional but suggested for long hair)
DO NOT Wear
Jewelry, loose baggy clothing, zippers, sleeveless shirts, dirty or sweaty clothing

Q: What do I wear for Muay Thai classes?
A: Please do not wear clothing that will inhibit movement i.e. clothes that are too tight, too baggy. You must bring your own gear (see mandatory gear requirements) for class. If gear is forgotten, a limited supply of loaner gear is available. Offensive odors and inappropriate attire will be asked to change. Bring water and a change of clothes!

GENERAL
Q: What are the gym rules?
A: General gym rules include

NO SHOES ON MATS.

No rolling without supervision

Use flip flops or shoes when walking outside the mat area.

Do not enter Shaolin Kenpo (SKMA) side of facility or use any SKMA equipment.

Change clothes in designated areas.

Change into clean clothes and shower as soon as possible after class is over.

Trim finger and toenails to avoid accidental scratching.

Adhere to dress code (see above)

No slamming and unnecessary roughness.

Clean up after yourself.

Dirty clothing or belongings that are left behind will be tossed away immediately.

Do not train with injuries or contagious illnesses.

Be respectful of all fellow students and instructors.

Hostility, animosity, egos, and lack of courtesy will not be tolerated.
