For the last two weeks of the December, we will have a modified schedule. There will be NO regular classes, only Open Gym hours in the morning and evening.

Muay Thai Sparring Day
We will be hosting a Muay Thai Sparring Day
on Saturday, December 13th.
Join us from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
This is a free event.
Feel free to invite your friends.
*Must have Muay Thai experience to participate.
*Must have coaches approval.
Holiday Party & Promotion Day

Join us for our annual Holiday Party Potluck on
Saturday, December 20th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
We will also be doing Jiu Jitsu promotions for our Adult students.
Bring a dish, food, drink to share.
Come train, hang out, eat, play games, and see who gets promoted!
